Used in various stages of the default management or acquisition process, our O&E reports provide information on potential title issues that may need to be addressed without the cost associated with full title reports. Our Standard Report provides vesting information, open mortgages, general tax considerations and all other real property related tax matters. In addition to the information provided in the Standard Report, our Extended Report provides our clients with copies of all liens and judgments attached to the subject property.
