Broker Price Opinions

At FAS we focus on the essential elements of the Broker Price Opinion (BPO) by leveraging proven technology to save time, labor and costs. All orders are assigned to our panel of licensed real estate agents that are approved through our vetting process. Orders are assigned to our graded agents based on proximity, current number of open assignments and average turn time. As orders are being completed through our on-line platform, checks and balances are being performed. Additionally, our quality review team completes a second tier review prior to our final third tier in-house appraiser review.
